Note: Customers must record a video while opening the package for refund approval.
Buyers have 3 to 7 days (7 days applicable only for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any issues. The issue must be reported either by email (preferred) or by calling us. - If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, a return/refund will not be applicable.
- Return/Refund requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
- Buyers should keep all packaging material until the return window closes. Proper packaging helps avoid damage during transit.
