In case the order gets canceled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded.
Order modification and cancellation are not available once the product has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is damaged, incorrect, dead on arrival, or defective.

Note: Customers must record a video while opening the package for refund approval.

Buyers have 3 to 7 days (7 days applicable only for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any issues. The issue must be reported either by email (preferred) or by calling us.
If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, a return/refund will not be applicable.
Return/Refund requests will be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
Buyers should keep all packaging material until the return window closes. Proper packaging helps avoid damage during transit.
